Copyright
Submission of a paper to JAEBR will be taken to imply that is presents original unpublished work, not under consideration elsewhere. A copyright assignment form will be sent to the authors of accepted papers. This publishing agreement should be completed and returned to the editorial office. It is a condition of publication that authors assign copyright or license the publication rights in their articles, including abstracts. This enables us to ensure full copyright protection and to disseminate the article, and of course the Journal, to the widest possible readership in print and electronic formats as appropriate. Authors may, of course, use the article elsewhere after publication without prior permission from JAEBR, provided that acknowledgment is given to the Journal as original source of publication, and that JAEBR is notified so that our records show that its use is properly authorized.
Submission
Articles of between 5,000 and 8,000 words should be sent via e-mail to editorial team at:
[email protected]
Starting 2023 we will use APA 7th because it helps authors and publishers presents the scientific findings in clear, concise and organized manner. There are several internet pages that you can see how it can be used.
Here is one of them: https://libguides.csudh.edu/citation/apa-7#s-lg-box-22358978
Submit your manuscript with a separated title page.

Contact details must be kept up to date by the corresponding author.

Abstract
A concise and factual abstract (approximately 200 words) is required. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. For this reason, References should be avoided, but if essential, then cite the author(s) and year(s). Also, non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided, but if essential they must be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself.
Keywords
Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 keywords, using American spelling and avoiding general and plural terms and multiple concepts (avoid, for example, “and”, “of”). Be sparing with abbreviations: only abbreviations firmly established in the field may be eligible. These keywords will be used for indexing purposes.
JEL Codes:
The JEL classification system was developed for use in the Journal of Economic Literature (JEL), and is a standard method of classifying scholarly literature in the field of economics. Since our journal publishes research in the business and economics fields we use this codes.
Find relevant JEL codes on the following link https://www.aeaweb.org/econlit/jelCodes.php?view=jel
Example
JEL Codes: E60, F10, F50, F60, L10, M10
Subdivision - numbered sections
Article should be divided into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1.1 (then 1.1.1, 1.1.2, ...), 1.2, etc. (the abstract is not included in section numbering). This numbering should also be used for internal cross-referencing: do not just refer to “the text”. Any subsection may be given a brief heading. Each heading should appear on its own separate line.
Introduction
State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results.
Literature Review
Provide a structural review of existing literature.
Data and methods
Provide sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced. Methods already published should be indicated by a reference: only relevant modifications should be described.
Results
Results should be clear and concise.
Discussion
This should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. A combined Results and Discussion section is often appropriate. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature.
Conclusions
The main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short Conclusions section, which may stand alone or form a subsection of a Discussion or Results and Discussion section.
Funding
This work was supported by VINNOVA, Sweden's national innovation agency (grant number: 2014-03388).

Appendices
If there is more than one appendix, they should be identified as A, B, etc. Formulae and equations in appendices should be given separate numbering: Eq. (Appendix.1), Eq. (Appendix.2), etc.; in a subsequent appendix, Eq. (B.1) and so on. Similarly for tables and figures: Table Appendix.1; Fig. Appendix 1, etc.
References
Please check if the references are properly stated in the main text and at the end of your paper. If not please implement our journal referencing style. Starting June 2023 we will use APA 7th referencing style. APA 7th is an 'author/date' system, so your in-text references for all formats (book, journal article, web document) consists of the author(s) surname and year of publication.(APA.
Citation in text
Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). Any references cited in the abstract must be given in full. Unpublished results and personal communications are not recommended in the reference list, but may be mentioned in the text. If these references are included in the reference list they should follow the standard reference style of the journal and should include a substitution of the publication date with either “Unpublished results” or “Personal communication” Citation of a reference as “in press” implies that the item has been accepted for publication.
Web references
As a minimum, the full URL should be given and the date when the reference was last accessed. Any further information, if known (DOI, author names, dates, reference to a source publication, etc.), should also be given. Web references can be listed separately (e.g., after the reference list) under a different heading if desired, or can be included in the reference list.
Reference style
Text: All citations in the text should refer to:
1. Single author: the author’s name (without initials, unless there is ambiguity) and the year of publication;
Example:
The Covid-19 pandemic created an unprecedented global crisis and impacted almost all aspects of the global, regional, national, and local elements of economics, trade, and social life (Çütcü & Kilic, 2020; Karabag, 2020; Krus, 2020; Robinson & Kengatharan, 2020; Shafi & Mallinson, 2022). F
2. Two authors: both authors’ names and the year of publication;
Example:

3. Three or more authors: first author’s name followed by “et al.” and the year of publication.
Example:
For a time, the pandemic dimmed the emerging possibility of a new Cold War (Culiţă et al., 2012), concealed political tensions between global players (Lippert et al., 2020), overshadowed low global economic growth (Dieppe et al., 2020) and climate change mitigation activities, increased global energy and food crises, revealed supply chain fragilities, suspended travel and tourism sectors,, and multiplied the diffusion of digital technologies (Karabag & Imre, 2022).
Citations may be made directly (or parenthetically). Groups of references should be listed first alphabetically, then chronologically.
Example:
Innovations in global, regional, and national defense systems will be built on three pillars: advancement of military/defense doctrine, organizational capabilities, and technological innovation (Cheung, 2021; Gholz & Sapolsky, 2021; Karabag & Berggren, 2016).
